# §1006.210. Which nonprocurement transactions are covered transactions?


All nonprocurement transactions, as defined in [§ 1006.970](/cfr/22/1006.970.md), are covered transactions unless listed in [§ 1006.215](/cfr/22/1006.215.md). (See appendix to this part.)
