# §890.3800. Motorized three-wheeled vehicle.

- (a) **Identification.** A motorized three-wheeled vehicle is a gasoline-fueled or battery-powered device intended for medical purposes that is used for outside transportation by disabled persons.
- (b) **Classification.** Class II (performance standards).
