# §878.4400. Electrosurgical cutting and coagulation device and accessories.

- (a) **Identification.** An electrosurgical cutting and coagulation device and accessories is a device intended to remove tissue and control bleeding by use of high-frequency electrical current.
- (b) **Classification.** Class II.
