# §870.4205. Cardiopulmonary bypass bubble detector.

- (a) **Identification.** A cardiopulmonary bypass bubble detector is a device used to detect bubbles in the arterial return line of the cardiopulmonary bypass circuit.
- (b) **Classification.** Class II (performance standards).
