# §868.5140. Anesthesia conduction kit.

- (a) **Identification.** An anesthesia conduction kit is a device used to administer to a patient conduction, regional, or local anesthesia. The device may contain syringes, needles, and drugs.
- (b) **Classification.** Class II (performance standards).
