# §556.425. Morantel.

- (a) **Acceptable daily intake (ADI).** The ADI for total residue of morantel tartrate is 10 µg/kg of body weight per day.
- (b) **Tolerances.** The tolerances for N-methyl-1,3-propanediamine (marker residue) are:
  - (1) **Cattle.**
    - (i) **Liver (target tissue)—** 0.7 ppm.
    - (ii) **Milk—** Not required.
  - (2) **Goats.**
    - (i) **Liver (target tissue)—** 0.7 ppm.
    - (ii) **Milk—** Not required.
