# §514.201. Procedures for hearings.


Hearings relating to new animal drugs under section [512(d)](/cfr/21/512.md?p=d) and [(e)](/cfr/21/512.md?p=e) of the act shall be governed by [part 12](/cfr/21/part12.md) of this chapter.
