# §507.200. Records subject to the requirements of this subpart.

- (a) Except as provided by paragraphs [(d)](#d) and [(e)](#e) of this section, all records required by this part are subject to all requirements of this subpart.
- (b) Records obtained by FDA in accordance with this part are subject to the disclosure requirements under [part 20](/cfr/21/part20.md) of this chapter.
- (c) All records required by this part must be made promptly available to a duly authorized representative of the Secretary of Health and Human Services for official review and copying upon oral or written request.
- (d) The requirements of [§ 507.206](/cfr/21/507.206.md) apply only to the written food safety plan.
- (e) The requirements of § [507.202(a)(2)](/cfr/21/507.202.md?p=a-2), [(4)](/cfr/21/507.202.md?p=a-4), and [(5)](/cfr/21/507.202.md?p=a-5) and [(b)](/cfr/21/507.202.md?p=a-b) do not apply to the records required by [§ 507.7](/cfr/21/507.7.md).
