# §182.1180. Caffeine.

- (a) **Product.** Caffeine.
- (b) **Tolerance.** 0.02 percent.
- (c) **Limitations, restrictions, or explanation.** This substance is generally recognized as safe when used in cola-type beverages in accordance with good manufacturing practice.
