# §161.136. Olympia oysters.


Olympia oysters, raw Olympia oysters, shucked Olympia oysters, are of the species Ostrea lurida and conform to the definition and standard of identity prescribed for oysters in [§ 161.130](/cfr/21/161.130.md).
