# §1401.4. Access to information.


The Office of National Drug Control Policy makes available information pertaining to matters issued, adopted, or promulgated by ONDCP, that are within the scope of [5 U.S.C. 552(a)(2)](/usc/5/552.md?p=a-2). Such information is located at https://www.whitehouse.gov/ondcp. Included in that information are ONDCP's proactive disclosures. Proactive disclosures are records that have been requested three or more times, or that have been released to a requester and that ONDCP determines have become, or are likely to become, the subject of subsequent requests for substantially the same records.
