# §133.196. Swiss cheese for manufacturing.


Swiss cheese for manufacturing conforms to the definition and standard of identity prescribed for swiss cheese by [§ 133.195](/cfr/21/133.195.md), except that the holes, or eyes, have not developed throughout the entire cheese.
