# §133.161. Muenster and munster cheese for manufacturing.


Muenster cheese for manufacturing conforms to the definition and standard of identity for muenster cheese prescribed by [§ 133.160](/cfr/21/133.160.md), except that the dairy ingredients are not pasteurized.
