# §133.137. Washed curd cheese for manufacturing.


Washed curd cheese for manufacturing conforms to the definition and standard of identity prescribed for washed curd cheese by [§ 133.136](/cfr/21/133.136.md), except that the dairy ingredients are not pasteurized and curing is not required.
