# §133.119. Colby cheese for manufacturing.


Colby cheese for manufacturing conforms to the definition and standard of identity prescribed for colby cheese by [§ 133.118](/cfr/21/133.118.md), except that the milk is not pasteurized, curing is not required, and the provisions of [paragraph (d)](/cfr/21/133.118.md?p=d) of that section do not apply.
