# §1313.01. Scope.


Procedures governing the importation, exportation, transshipment and in-transit shipment of listed chemicals pursuant to section 1018 of the Act ([21 U.S.C. 971](/usc/21/971.md)) are governed generally by that section and specifically by the sections of this part.
