# §1304.02. Definitions.


Any term contained in this part shall have the definition set forth in section 102 of the Act ([21 U.S.C. 802](/usc/21/802.md)) or [§ 1300.01](/cfr/21/1300.01.md), [§ 1300.03](/cfr/21/1300.03.md), [§ 1300.04](/cfr/21/1300.04.md), or [§ 1300.05](/cfr/21/1300.05.md) of this chapter.
