# §1304.01. Scope of part 1304.


Inventory and other records and reports required under [section 307](/cfr/21/307.md), [section 311](/cfr/21/311.md), or section 1008(e) of the Act (21 U.S.C. [827](/usc/21/827.md), [831](/usc/21/831.md), and [958(e)](/usc/21/958.md?p=e)) shall be in accordance with, and contain the information required by, those sections and by the sections of this part.
