# §1303.01. Scope of part 1303.


Procedures governing the establishment of production and manufacturing quotas on basic classes of controlled substances listed in schedules I and II pursuant to section 306 of the Act ([21 U.S.C. 826](/usc/21/826.md)) are governed generally by that section and specifically by the sections of this part.
