# §1210.30. Hearing procedure for permit denial, suspension, and revocation.


Any person who contests denial, suspension, or revocation of a permit shall have an opportunity for a regulatory hearing before the Food and Drug Administration pursuant to [subpart F of part 16](/cfr/21/part16-subpartF.md) of this chapter.
