# §120.5. Current good manufacturing practice.


Except as provided by [§ 117.5(c)](/cfr/21/117.5.md?p=c), parts [110](/cfr/21/part110.md) and [117](/cfr/21/part117.md) of this chapter apply in determining whether the facilities, methods, practices, and controls used to process juice are safe, and whether the food has been processed under sanitary conditions.
