# §12.105. Examination of record.


Documents in the record will be publicly available in accordance with [§ 10.20(j)](/cfr/21/10.20.md?p=j). Documents available for examination or copying will be placed on public display in the office of the Dockets Management Staff promptly upon receipt in that office.
