# §117.301. Records subject to the requirements of this subpart.

- (a) Except as provided by paragraphs [(b)](#b) and [(c)](#c) of this section, all records required by this part are subject to all requirements of this subpart.
- (b) The requirements of [§ 117.310](/cfr/21/117.310.md) apply only to the written food safety plan.
- (c) The requirements of § [117.305(b)](/cfr/21/117.305.md?p=b), [(d)](/cfr/21/117.305.md?p=d), [(e)](/cfr/21/117.305.md?p=e), and [(f)](/cfr/21/117.305.md?p=f) do not apply to the records required by [§ 117.201](/cfr/21/117.201.md).
