# §802.220. Party not represented by an attorney; informal procedure.


A party to an appeal who is not represented by an attorney shall comply with the procedural requirements contained in this part, except as otherwise specifically provided in [§ 802.211(e)](/cfr/20/802.211.md?p=e). In its discretion, the Board may prescribe additional informal procedures to be followed by such party.
