# §801.3. Applicability of this part to 20 CFR part 802.


[Part 802 of title 20, Code of Federal Regulations](/cfr/20/part802.md), contains the rules of practice and procedure of the Board. This part 801, including the definitions and usages contained in [§ 801.2](/cfr/20/801.2.md), is applicable to [part 802](/cfr/20/part802.md) of this chapter as appropriate.
