# §726.209. Report; by whom sent.


The report of issuance, cancellation, or renewal of a policy and endorsement provided for in [§ 726.208](/cfr/20/726.208.md) shall be sent by the home office of the carrier, except that any carrier may authorize its agency or agencies to make such reports to the Office.
