# §718.4. Definitions and use of terms.


Except as is otherwise provided by this part, the definitions and usages of terms contained in [§ 725.101](/cfr/20/725.101.md) of [subpart A of part 725 of this title](/cfr/20/part725-subpartA.md) shall be applicable to this part.
