# §702.332. Formal hearings; how conducted.


Formal hearings shall be conducted by the administrative law judge assigned the case by the Office of the Chief Administrative Law Judge in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, [5 U.S.C. 554](/usc/5/554.md) et seq. All hearings shall be transcribed.
