# §688.500. What administrative regulations apply to the YouthBuild program?


Each YouthBuild grantee must comply with the following:

- (a) The regulations found in this part;
- (b) The general administrative requirements found in [part 683](/cfr/20/part683.md) of this chapter, except those that apply only to the WIOA title I, subtitle B program and those that have been modified by this section;
- (c) **The Department's regulations on government-wide requirements, which include—**
  - (1) The regulations codifying the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) government-wide grants requirements at 2 CFR parts [200](/cfr/2/part200.md) and [2900](/cfr/2/part2900.md), as applicable;
  - (2) The Department's regulations at [29 CFR part 38](/cfr/29/part38.md), which implement the nondiscrimination provisions of WIOA [sec. 188](/cfr/20/188.md);
  - (3) The Department's regulations at 29 CFR parts [93](/cfr/29/part93.md), [94](/cfr/29/part94.md), and 98 relating to restrictions on lobbying, drug free workplace, and debarment and suspension; and
  - (4) The audit requirements of the Office of Management and Budget at 2 CFR parts [200](/cfr/2/part200.md) and [2900](/cfr/2/part2900.md), as applicable; and
- (d) **Relevant State and local educational standards.**
