# §685.550. Who is eligible to receive services through grants funded by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act?


Eligible MSFW youth as defined in [§ 685.110](/cfr/20/685.110.md) are eligible to receive services through grants funded by WIOA [sec. 127(a)(1)](/cfr/20/127.md?p=a-1).
