# §685.450. What is the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act administrative cost limit for National Farmworker Jobs Program grants?


Under [§ 683.205(b)](/cfr/20/683.205.md?p=b) of this chapter, limits on administrative costs for programs operated under subtitle D of WIOA title I will be identified in the grant or contract award document. Administrative costs will not exceed 15 percent of total grantee funding.
