# §685.120. How does the Department administer the National Farmworker Jobs Program?


The Department's Employment and Training Administration (ETA) administers NFJP activities required under WIOA [sec. 167](/cfr/20/167.md) for eligible MSFWs. As described in [§ 685.210](/cfr/20/685.210.md), the Department designates grantees using procedures consistent with standard Federal government competitive procedures.
