# §684.830. Does the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act administrative cost limit for States and local areas apply to WIOA grants?


No, under [§ 683.205(b)](/cfr/20/683.205.md?p=b) of this chapter, limits on administrative costs for [sec. 166](/cfr/20/166.md) grants will be negotiated with the grantee and identified in the grant award document.
