# §684.700. What is the process for submitting a 4-year plan?


Every 4 years, INA program grantees must submit a 4-year strategy for meeting the needs of INAs in accordance with WIOA [sec. 166(e)](/cfr/20/166.md?p=e). This plan will be part of, and incorporated with, the 4-year competitive process described in WIOA [sec. 166(c)](/cfr/20/166.md?p=c) and [§ 684.220](/cfr/20/684.220.md). Accordingly, specific requirements for the submission of a 4-year plan will be provided in a FOA and will include the information described at [§ 684.710](/cfr/20/684.710.md).
