# §684.640. What grievance systems must an Indian and Native American program grantee provide?


INA program grantees must establish grievance procedures consistent with the requirements of WIOA [sec. 181(c)](/cfr/20/181.md?p=c) and [§ 683.600](/cfr/20/683.600.md) of this chapter.
