# §684.530. What rules govern the issuance of contracts and/or subgrants?


In general, INA program grantees must follow the rules of Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, & Audit Requirements for Federal Awards when awarding contracts and/or subgrants under WIOA [sec. 166](/cfr/20/166.md). These requirements are codified at [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md), [subpart E](/cfr/20/subpartE.md) (and Department modifications at [2 CFR part 2900](/cfr/2/part2900.md)), and covered in WIOA regulations at [§ 683.200](/cfr/20/683.200.md) of this chapter. These rules do not apply to OJT contract awards.
