# §684.410. What entities are eligible to receive supplemental youth services funding?


Entities eligible to receive supplemental youth services funding are limited to: Those tribal, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian and Oklahoma tribal grantees funded under WIOA [sec. 166(d)(2)(A)(i)](/cfr/20/166.md?p=d-2-A-i) or other grantees serving those areas, and entities serving the populations specified in [§ 684.400](/cfr/20/684.400.md) that received funding under [sec. 166(d)(2)(A)(ii)](/cfr/20/166.md?p=d-2-A-ii) of the Workforce Investment Act.
