# §658.600. Scope and purpose of subpart.


This subpart sets forth the regulations governing review and assessment of State Workforce Agency (SWA) compliance with the ES regulations at this part and parts [651](/cfr/20/part651.md), [652](/cfr/20/part652.md), 653, and 654 of this chapter. All recordkeeping and reporting requirements contained in this part and [part 653](/cfr/20/part653.md) of this chapter have been approved by the Office of Management and Budget as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980.
