# §655.162. Approved certification.


If temporary agricultural labor certification is granted, the CO will send a Final Determination notice and a copy of the certified Application for Temporary Employment Certification and job order to the employer and a copy, if applicable, to the employer's agent or attorney using an electronic method(s) designated by the OFLC Administrator. For employers permitted to file by mail as set forth in [§ 655.130(c)](/cfr/20/655.130.md?p=c), the CO will send the Final Determination notice and a copy of the certified Application for Temporary Employment Certification and job order by means normally assuring next day delivery. The CO will send the certified Application for Temporary Employment Certification and job order, including any approved modifications, directly to USCIS using an electronic method(s) designated by the OFLC Administrator.
