# §652.203. Who is responsible for funds authorized under the Wagner-Peyser Act in the workforce development system?


The SWA retains responsibility for all funds authorized under the Wagner-Peyser Act, including those funds authorized under [sec. 7(a)](/cfr/20/7.md?p=a) required for providing the services and activities delivered as part of the one-stop delivery system.
