# §641.884. What are the grant closeout procedures?


SCSEP recipients must follow the grant closeout procedures at [29 CFR 97.50](/cfr/29/97.50.md) (State and local governments) or [29 CFR 95.71](/cfr/29/95.71.md) (non-profit and government organizations), as appropriate. The Department will issue supplementary closeout instructions to OAA title V recipients as necessary.
