# §641.867. What are the limitations on the amount of SCSEP administrative costs?

- (a) Except as provided in [paragraph (b)](#b), no more than 13.5 percent of the SCSEP funds received for a Program Year may be used for administrative costs.
- (b) The Department may increase the amount available for administrative costs to not more than 15 percent, in accordance with [§ 641.870](/cfr/20/641.870.md). (OAA [§ 502(c)(3)](/cfr/20/502.md?p=c-3)).
