# §618.848. Veterans' priority of service.


The State must give priority for approval and funding of TAA Program benefits (including training, where the approval of training criteria are met) to a trade-affected worker meeting the veterans' priority of service criteria established under [38 U.S.C. 4215](/usc/38/4215.md).
