# §618.305. The Trade Adjustment Assistance Program as a one-stop partner.

- (a) As provided by WIOA [section 121(b)(1)(B)(vii)](/cfr/20/121.md?p=b-1-B-vii), the TAA Program is a required one-stop partner under WIOA.
- (b) The State must ensure that the TAA Program complies with WIOA's one-stop partnership requirements at WIOA [section 121(b)(1)(A)(i) through (v)](/cfr/20/121.md?p=b-1-A-i..b-1-A-v). This includes, among the other requirements, paying infrastructure costs where the TAA Program is being carried out.
- (c) The TAA Program must also comply with, and be a party to, the memorandum of understanding required under the regulations implementing WIOA at [§ 678.500](/cfr/20/678.500.md) of this chapter, where the TAA Program is being carried out.
