# §614.23. Finality of findings.


The findings of a Federal military agency referred to in §§ [614.21](/cfr/20/614.21.md) and [614.22](/cfr/20/614.22.md), and the Schedules of Remuneration issued by the Department pursuant to the Act and [§ 614.12](/cfr/20/614.12.md), shall be final and conclusive for all purposes of the UCX Program, including appeal and review pursuant to [§ 614.7](/cfr/20/614.7.md) or [§ 614.17](/cfr/20/614.17.md).
