# §603.22. What information must State UC agencies disclose for purposes of an IEVS?

- (a) **Disclosure of information.** Each State UC agency must disclose, upon request, to any requesting agency, as defined in [§ 603.21](/cfr/20/603.21.md), that has entered into an agreement required by [§ 603.10](/cfr/20/603.10.md), wage information (as defined at [§ 603.2(k)](/cfr/20/603.2.md?p=k)) and claim information (as defined at [§ 603.2(a)](/cfr/20/603.2.md?p=a)) contained in the records of such State UC agency.
- (b) **Format.** The State UC agency must adhere to standardized formats established by the Secretary of HHS (in consultation with the Secretary of Agriculture) and set forth in [42 CFR 435.960](/cfr/42/435.960.md) (concerning standardized formats for furnishing and obtaining information to verify income and eligibility).
