# §601.9. Audits.


The Department of Labor's audit regulations at 29 CFR Part [96](/cfr/29/part96.md) and [29](/cfr/29/part29.md) CFR [Part 99](/cfr/20/part99.md) shall apply with respect to employment service and unemployment compensation programs.
