# §418.1305. What is not an initial determination regarding your income-related monthly adjustment amount?


Administrative actions that are not initial determinations may be reviewed by us, but they are not subject to the administrative review process as provided by [§§ 418.1320 through 418.1325](/cfr/20/418.1320..418.1325.md) and [§§ 418.1340 through 418.1355](/cfr/20/418.1340..418.1355.md), and they are not subject to judicial review. These actions include, but are not limited to, our dismissal of a request for reconsideration as described in [§ 418.1330](/cfr/20/418.1330.md) and our dismissal of a request for a new initial determination as described in [§ 418.1310(d)](/cfr/20/418.1310.md?p=d).
