# §416.2222. Confidentiality of information and records.


The State shall comply with the provisions for confidentiality of information, including the security of systems, and records requirements described in [20 CFR part 401](/cfr/20/part401.md) and pertinent written guidelines (see [§ 416.2223](/cfr/20/416.2223.md)).
