# §416.1031. Confidentiality of information and records.


The State will comply with the confidentiality of information, including the security of systems, and records requirements described in [20 CFR part 401](/cfr/20/part401.md) and pertinent written guidelines (see [§ 416.1033](/cfr/20/416.1033.md)).
